How long does it take to launch a website?
It will basically depend on the number of features to integrate into your website and how complex their implementation is. On average quality customized website development takes between 2 to 6 months.
What is a pricing plan?
A pricing plan is basically a way we charge our services here at codtronic technologies. We have various pricing plans for website development and application development projects only.
Do you outsource your project work?
No, all project work is completed and done by us. We have all the tools and technical personnel to do a good and satisfying job for you.
What do I need to start a project with you?
To start a project with us, we shall need to know more about you - your project goals, objectives, vision and expectations. You will also be required to pay us a 50% deposit before we lay our hands on any project development work.
Will I have total ownership of my new website or app?
Absolutely yes. All we do is to design your software and implement the business logic needed to implement the required features. After that, the source code and other app details are all yours to do as you wish.
Do you use templates to design your websites?
We only use templates in situations where a client may want his website design to be completed usually within a period of only one month (4 weeks) or 6 weeks. Other than that, we like to develop our websites from scratch all the way up to launching. We believe every project is unique and different.
What if I don't have a brand logo?
Its okay, not all clients we work with have all the necessary brand enities to start a project with us. We can design for you a custom logo or any other graphics you may need to sell your brand out at an extra cost.
Can you help me fix my broken or buggy website?
Yeah, we could help with this at a charge which fee will be determined by how much work we shall do to debug your website to its normal functioning.
What payment options do you offer for your services?
We are working on integrating more online payment solutions for various clients on our website. Mean while, our clients in Uganda, can pay us over these mobile money numbers: MTN (+256 775 869214) and Airtel (+256 758 430773). International clients from US, UK or Europe can pay us over payoneer
